Hazel met us from the train as it was raining, and was very helpful and friendly. Location is very close to the centre of town, the station, and especially to Nardini's! Street a little run-down but that's not a reflection on the property. Shower was good.

very clean lovely bedding and pillows great heating was on lowest and was really warm was greeted by Hazel she showed us around and showed us how to work the heating etc told us that they were dog friendly and said that the garden was secure so my dog would be able to get out to do the toilet and play so didn’t need to walk her as much as usual my puppy had a great time running around garden was massive and lots of seating and tables for use if the weather was good told to contact her if there was any problems at all

Hazel is a lovely lady and met us when we arrived. Apartment was amazing. 10 minutes maximum to beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Apartment very clean and tidy. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits for when we arrived - thank you. Loved the large shower. Living room excellent with Sky and wifi. Kitchen was a brilliant size and everything you needed if cooking while staying. We only had breakfasts. Bedding, towels and everything where clean and fresh. Car parked right outside the front door for the 3 days and easily walked everywhere. Viking Festival was amazing. Would rate 100 out of 10*****

Very close to the town centre facilities but as we were going to the Kelburn Garden Party I'd maybe stay a little closer next time! Hazel was super helpful and communicative, the bed was comfortable, and it was easy to get to.
