Great value, very clean, liked the microwave and fridge facilities, helpful host.
Very clean, lots of extra facilities like use of microwave, crockery for meals etc.
The Grove guest house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Wifi was great too. The host, Gareth was always available if needed. Free parking was a bonus! Gareth even went above and beyond by organising a room last minute for a family member to stay aswell as letting us park for several hours after check out. Good transport links and amenities nearby!
I had a really nice stay here when I was in town for a wedding. It was a clean, comfortable, nicely decorated room on a very quiet street. I slept very well here. There is a little kitchen area available with a microwave which came in handy. I felt like everything had been well thought out to make guests comfortable. There were useful touches such as chilled water in the fridge, a black face cloth for makeup, hairdryer and coffee/tea, bowls and cups available. The location is very convenient for buses and trams. Gareth the manager is friendly and easy to reach if needed.
There was no breakfast provided, bit there was a microwave and a kettle. Also teabags and milk were provided. The location was excellent for Beeston. The room was spacious and quiet. The small heaters were a bonus as the weather was cold. Drinking water in the fridge provided by Julia was a nice touch.
