Everything was very clean and quiet. Great location
Breakfast was not provided. I could not access the wifi, though it was there. On price, it was on the expensive side, being only just a little more exclusive than a room in someone's house, but more affordable than the Band Bs and hotels in the area.
Very close to venue we were attending Banbury Rfc. Private house, very welcoming host. Comfortable bed. Kettle, teas/coffees provided. Microwave available though didn't use. En suite - clean and tidy.
Very tranquil, quiet and private, handy roadside parking alongside - good location for arriving by car and onwards journey south of Banbury.
This property was a 2 minute drive to the Banantyne spa where we had breakfast, followed by spa treatments and lunch. It was the perfect location for this event.
