This family-run hotel is in the village of Balsall Common. It is on the A452 between Coventry and Solihull. The entertainment they laid on for us on the evening was excellent. Everybody in the room joined in and mixed. All the staff were great and very friendly. Couldn't find any fault with the staff. Also breakfast really set us up for the day. We will definitely stay again.well done everyone.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels like part of their extended family.
Whether it was accommodating our special dietary needs, arranging last-minute transportation, or providing thoughtful recommendations for local attractions, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Their dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect was evident in every interaction. The facilities were immaculate but it’s the people that made my experience exceptional. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist with any request, no matter how big or small, left a lasting impression on me.
Peaceful, comfortable stay, close to local amenities and hotel has everything needed. Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.
