Charlotte and Karen are fantastic hosts. The dog friendly room has a small table where you can have your breakfast if you don't want to leave your dog in the car.The breakfast is excellent quality to see you through the day. Room is warm and comfy, ideal property for a stay over in wonderful Goathland.

The most delicious breakfast with a wide menu choice. Served to you personally by Karen with a very friendly professional manner.

We ordered a packed lunch for our days outing which was really great too.
In our room when we arrived we had some delicious home made goodies waiting for us provided by Lotties bakes. Absolutely delicious.
Charlotte and Karen are excellent hosts. There were guests there which gad previously visited. So this proves that they gave a good reputation.
Everything about this place is simply fantastic. Charlotte and Karen are superb hosts.
The room was huge and the breakfast menu equally lavish.
Breakfast was top notch. Great choices. Very filling and no lunch was required!
