Perfect, lovely check in. Lovely room, perfect breakfast.
Really lovely and helpful staff throughout, especially at reception.
The rooms are quite large & very clean. The bathroom was nice & had a great shower.
One of our rooms (booked 2) had an issue with the bathroom door and it was fixed quickly once we let reception know.
We were attending an event at Kelham Island and it was a great location for that.
The staff were the best I've dealt with in a hotel. From actually finding us a disabled accessible room at the last minute, to bringing us the pizza we ordered up to our room, even though room service was not offered. The manager was also keen to hear any issues we may have had during booking out
Breakfast was ok location fine it was when you come out of the hotel and have to walk up a massive hill but sheffield is very hilly , staff were fantastic and very helpful
The room was spacious and bright, the bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was great.
