House was very spacious and clean, and had everything you would need. Host was very responsive. Great location for walking into city centre and access to Stadium of Light by bus.
The rooms, particularly living and dining rooms, kitchen are very spacious. Very convenient for family group. Closely located to access Sunderland city centre and other sight seeing places. Several convenient stores also located at walking distance.
The house was nicely decorated, and felt like home for home. The street was quiet. Secure parking.
Its worth the money my friends and i really enjoyed our stay all through we had a nice experience.
The house looks small but do not be fooled! I would describe it as a TARDIS, bigger on the inside! Great location as we were going to the theatre in the city centre so really easy and cheap uber rides, house was clean, beautifully decorated and beds were extremely comfy! We had everything we needed for a brilliant girls weekend away!
