Had a tiny issue with a smoke detector- back up battery was low - and the host resolved the problem via text in 15minutes. I was super impressed.
The apartment was situated in probably one of the best places it could be! I was staying there for the folk week and was working at Flowergate Hall, so I was a stone's throw away.
