The hall is lovely. The grounds are very nice.
We stayed to attend my nieces wedding which I could not fault. It was a great day. The meal was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were friendly. We stayed in room 12 which was very comfortable and very clean.
Lovely house and grounds, friendly staff, nice cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed and good shower. Room had been heated ahead of arrival so very toastie (also very quiet in early March).
The hotel is beautiful... and has recently undergone a whole refurbishment, so was like new. The bed was super comfy, the decor tranquil and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
They upgraded us to their honeymoon suite after knowing we'd recently got married... what an unbelievable room. Huge, elegant, with views over the gardens, a white ornate four poster bed, roll top bath, double shower and dressing room. It was stunning. And we can't thank Highfield Hall enough for their hospitality.
Lovely and clean place, the staff are very friendly, we felt our stay was very pleasant and would definitely recommend the place.
