Convenient and great staff. Access to train station.
The location , the staff and the breakfast! And the fact that they allowed us a little extra time in the room until our train left.
The room size is really good compared to other hotels in London, that was the most important thing for me. Apart from that you have access to all public transportation with 30sec from the hotel (the underground, bus station and metro") very convenient location

The room I booked was exactly as shown on the website. it was spacious, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.
The breakfast was very good, with a huge range of choices with lovely staff.
