Overall excellent, and a delightful surprise! Only reason I did not rate it as exceptional is because of the shower. I was in room 106, and it took me quite a while to figure out the hot water (tap actually seemed broken). Besides that, beautiful hidden secret!
Lovely hotel. Close to Solihull but feels like you are in the countryside. Quiet location. Beautiful hotel. Not too big. Beautifully appointed. Wonderful underfloor heating in the bathroom. Pleasant, helpful staff. Quick service. Lovely room overlooking the beautiful grounds.
