I have to be honest - I have tried to avoid this Hotel chain over the past few years, but booked this as it was within easy distance of where my event was. I was very positively surprised by the Hotel. It was accessible, clean, comfortable, everything in the room was well appointed and the staff were beyond helpful! The event I attended was a late one and driving back in, the car park was all secure and I was able to enter as there was ANPR - this made me feel really safe and secure too.
The polite friendly staff need valuing and especially yr cleaners are exceptional worker And asset ,..the comfy bed are delightful and... I loved my stay, I'm going again tomorrrgw and very much looking forward to it.
The power shower and brilliant comfy bed are a delight
Location was perfect next to town centre which was ideal for us to go for a walk and shopping/ eating
I know Bolton and the Hotel Is only a stones throw from town centre. Enough bars and pubs for a good evening, but best part was going only moments to a big fat double comfy clean mattress and bed.Exceptionally good breakfast, and wonder working staff.
Everything was at an excellent standard, while the entire staff were extremely courteous and friendly.
