Clean, tidy, great customer service, a very well run hotel. Breakfast was very fresh and couldn’t fault its set up.I’ve stayed here every year since 2019 expect Covid years for the download festival and will continue to do so.
Lovely breakfast, clean room, clean hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful
Weather was aweful but general facilities good, apart from bedroom warmth.
The room was very comfortable and the staff were so lovely and helpful, providing us with a travel cot too. We loved the breakfast - especially the variety on offer and the green smoothie was delicious. We requested vegetarian sausages too which were made fresh and really appreciated. The breakfast staff also warmed up some milk for our 18 month old. Overall, the stay was lovely, staff super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for having us.
Almost everything breakfast was 11/10 best variety and value for money I’ve ever had
