Staff were welcoming,room was clean and everything needed
The man on reception at the suites was amazingly helpful . He couldn’t have been kinder and talked me through my first Uber booking. Everything clean and spotless . Staff in the kitchen were lovely .
We had a fantastic stay during our recent visit to Cardiff Bay! The hotel staff went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view, definitely added a special touch to our trip.
The service throughout was warm and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We really appreciated the extra effort from the team to make our stay memorable.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, great service, and a little extra hospitality!
Hotel was great, only negative was the air conditioning was not very good and it was an exceptionally hot day in Cardiff that day. Every staff member I came across was polite and friendly. Breakfast was great. Hotel was spotlessly clean.
