This hotel is a hidden gem. Very nice experience, and the location was perfect on the docks!! I was attending a conference at the nearby convention center, and I couldn't believe how convenient and close everything was. Quiet, and the view was breathtaking. Plus all the wonderful restaurants and Beatles stuff within walking distance along the docks.
Hotel is very attractive historically. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Rooms are spacious and very comfortable
Great location for exploring the Royal Albert dock and visiting the Beatles Story exhibition. Also, the tour busses leave just round the corner. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the vicinity.
The free breakfast was good and plentiful, and there were lots of choices.
Ideal location for sightseeing, my first trip to Liverpool and loved it . Holiday inn was great value given its position. Will definitely be back .
