Breakfast , management and polite and professional staff
Breakfast was more than adequate and beautifully presented. Bedroom sensibly set out with regard to seating, lighting and bathroom facilities.
Breakfast, location: creggs asda McDonald's Costa is just across the street; staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great

Breakfast is very great! Check-out is at 11!! Which gives you plenty of time to get ready!
We do love the location and a 10 min drive to the beach is a pleasure since there is no traffic and you just drive through the field.
MCDonalds is 3 min away by walk from the hotel and mini-Asda store as well: so, if you get hungry at night, you can easily walk to McDonalds.
We stayed in more expensive hotels but honestly: it is cleaness and welcoming of staff that make your stay nice and pleasant. So far, we liked it!
Very last minute reservation. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Room very clean
We were on the ground floor but not overlooked because the window overlooked a bramble patch.
The blue light in the bathroom was good.
Good location for my needs this trip
