Breakfast was more than adequate and beautifully presented. Bedroom sensibly set out with regard to seating, lighting and bathroom facilities.

Staff is extremely helpful, serving and always ready to help. Breakfast is very great! Check-out is at 11!! Which gives you plenty of time to get ready! We do love the location and a 10 min drive to the beach is a pleasure since there is no traffic and you just drive through the field. MCDonalds is 3 min away by walk from the hotel and mini-Asda store as well: so, if you get hungry at night, you can easily walk to McDonalds. We stayed in more expensive hotels but honestly: it is cleaness and welcoming of staff that make your stay nice and pleasant. So far, we liked it!

Very last minute reservation. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Room very clean We were on the ground floor but not overlooked because the window overlooked a bramble patch. The blue light in the bathroom was good. Good location for my needs this trip
