Friendly staff, good facilities
Quick to respond to problems
Very friendly and efficient check in. Room good size
Beds very comfortable. Room was warm (outside was -3) with an electric heater you controlled in the room. Breakfast plentiful and lots of choice. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and appeared happy at their jobs. Convenient for the park and ride into the city centre. Plenty of parking. Good pub grub next door.
