Food was good quality.. suffering from major roadworks going on in the area currently, must be hard for staff. Etc.
Stayed for my brothers wedding. Rooms were clean and as expected. Really powerful shower which was great. Breakfast was lovely with a great range.
First time staying in a Holiday Inn. Very impressed with the service. We arrived in the evening and our booking with booking.com hadn’t shown as needing a family room even though we had booked one for 2 adults and a child. I was impressed how quickly Edwin sorted this out even though they were busy. Lovely quiet room with water, soft drinks/tea, coffee and snacks. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and great if you have dietary requirements. Jordan was especially helpful.
Perfect location for a stop to go between legoland and London centre. The hotel was immaculate and the staff extremely friendly. It totally exceeded my expectations!
