The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to drop off the morning of check in as we had to visit my mother in hospital. Room was very good and quiet. Nice lobby and lovely buffet breakfast with attentive staff.

Too much door slamming.every thing else was lovely very clean enormous bathroom imaculately clean could open windows in morning put heating on though i fing it difficult they do have instructions.there was fridge in room, ironing board hair dyer, coffee ..bed was comfy easy to get into if back hips hurt there is lovely chair love those round shaped chairs supportive after long journey for me anyway shampoo conditioner in big pumps i bring my own sometimes but its great when not allowed liquid soaps on plane run out shampoo quickly shampoo soaps are bonus.nice clean carpets lovely colourful decoration .curtains good opened window in morning was great cause i get head aches if too long in air conditioning opening window helps a lot .like shower curtains bath tub soak helps with aches water very hot ! Room genrous size big enough to put cases on floor collapse into bed.lots choice in lighting.

All the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and helpful staff.

The overall experience from the reception staff to house keeping. The room was ideally located with lift access. The morning breakfast was exceptional the staff and chef were friendly and pleasant nothing was any problems. The breakfast was plenty full and fresh.. best bit was the toaster only took 1 turn to toast.. yes 1 go we have sinced joined the hgi and be booking and using Holiday Inn hotels in the future .

It was our second time here, and we had another fantastic experience, which is why we chose Holiday Inn Jesmond again. The staff, breakfast, room, and bed were excellent. There's also a Starbucks in the lobby that serves beer! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends whenever they’re in the area
