Peaceful location with beautiful and pretty view of pond, ducks.
The site was very peaceful and an ideal location with the park & Ride to York only 3 minutes drive away. Lots of great places within 20-30 minutes drive.
The setting is so pretty and all lit up at night. Hot tub was a bonus but even just sitting out on the decking with a cuppa looking over the lake was lovely. Little ducks visit often and get fed well from all the houses. Jumping fish too!
Felt very safe and secure.
The house itself has everything you could need. A well equipped little kitchen that has plenty tea, coffee and sugar all stocked and milk for your arrival.
Super easy check in, milk in the fridge for us which was super handy!
All plastic bits in the kitchen for the kids and highchair and travel cot were there without us even asking for them!
Gorgeous setting and bus less than 5 minutes walk away to get into the centre!
Great location, easy access to park and ride for city centre, quiet close to local village for facilities and other public transport
Needed more attention for the jacuzzi no one came to clean it once need drawers in twin room
