For me a perfect location to stay as not far from most places I wanted to visit (most places are around 45 minutes or less to get to as its fairly centrally located in lincs and plenty of places of interest to visit) , the annexe was lovely everything you needed was there , lovely comfy bed too (its probably one of the comfiest beds I've slept in) good size rooms , its in a quiet peaceful location in a sleepy and quiet village so no hussell and bussell of most places , Martin and Jules are perfect hosts and would definitely recommend a stay in their annexe if you are visiting Lincolnshire for me a rating of 10 isn't enough (but that's just my opinion as was the perfect stay)
The property was superb, well furbished and lovely extra little touches. The hosts were friendly and communicated well but respected your privacy. Ideally located for what we needed.
The property was perfect, clean and homey and in a beautiful location. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. I would recommend a stay here to anyone!

Located in a nice quiet village, the annexe is decorated and furnished very nicely. Parking space on owners drive. Nice welcoming touches. The owners are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed meeting their rescue dogs and cats!
