Absolutely loved my recent six-night stay, thanks to the warm hospitality of Ivana at the front desk, who made everything so comfortable and fun. She also gave the most amazing recs of things to do in Glasgow, which I truly appreciated. I also really enjoyed the breakfasts. Calvin at the bar was very helpful and friendly too. Overall, a wonderful hotel in Glasgow!
Friendly staff from reception to breakfast service to bar staff. Lovely clean and modern rooms
Everything was wonderful except it could be a little noisy. Quiet location but I could hear the music from a party in the lobby on the 4th floor. However, I called the front desk and they addressed shortly after. I could also hear all of the adjoining room’s conversations, but they were rooms with adjoining doors and it’s an old (beautiful!) building so there’s only so much one can do I suppose. Regardless I would definitely stay again!
It's good ambiance, very helpful staff especially in the Information counter (Ivana she's very nice and helpful to us, very accommodating too)
From check-in to check-out they help us. We're very thankful for that. The server at breakfast are great too, yummy foods so happy tummy.
Very friendly staff. A comfortable stay after a long journey. I will come back.
