Stayed for the night with friends as we was going to a concert in Sunderland so we only slept here but everything was fine and met our expectations, Donna who met us with the key was really lovely and efficient at getting to the property to give us the key.
The property was very clean and very spacious would defiantly stay again

4 bedrooms apartment plenty room to stay. Reasonable prices.Landlord is very friendly and helps a lot. Deposit is back to the account just after few hours of check out. Quiet apartment to stay and location is good.
