Well situated for Terminal 5. Although the hotel is under the flight paths there was absolutely no disturbance of noise inside the rooms and hotel itself. Excellent room with comfortable kingsize bed and all usual facilities. Only slight drawback, I was not able to see the flight arrivals screen on TV. This was probably my lack of tech skill. All clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only 2 out of the 3 lifts were working. Slight waiting time for use.

Located just off the motorway. Easy to find. Parking is a multistorey accessible via Calder Way, follow the road round the back part DHL. And when we stay was charged at £12 per night. This can be paid for at reception Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's staffed 24 hours. Bar is open till 3am then breakfast served from 4am. Apart from the carpet the room was spotless, spacious, good ensuite facilities and quiet The room was carpeted which looked a bit dirty. If it was changed to laminate flooring it would have scored top marks.
