The hotel is brilliantly located at the end of the promenade in Tenby. Parking is easy to access in the nearby Five Arches car park - literally a few steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful The room was clean, but small and very warm, unless we used the aircon, which was very noisy. Bathroom was modern and clean but so, so warm. Breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely room with an unbeatable view of the bay and the fort.
