We had trouble initially with getting in but the host Gary was amazing. He seen us on camera and came to help us straight away and sorted it all out for us. They also allowed us to extend our stay for an hour last minute with no issues at all. Very much recommend this apartment, very secure and safe & accommodating staff!!
On our arrival there was also chocolates and sweets in the kitchen - a nice little touch.
Hosts were very helpful, we had to make a last minute booking due to a change of plan. They accommodated early checking and were very helpful.
The location is fantastic, so close to everything in the city! The apartment itself is stunning, so spacious and modern perfect for a group. The owners went above and beyond and sorted everything perfectly for us

The location was very secure and very central to Liverpool. The hosts were extremely quick to respond and fix the single problem with one of the beds and even then gifted some Prosecco to say sorry !!
I was actually let down by an Airbnb host and had to find somewhere quickly. They responded within 10 minutes and we were in within the hour - absolutely brilliant and will happily use there services again.
