Staff were exceptional. Rooms were very clean. Good location on the promenade in Douglas.
Everything was exceptionally clean and the manager/ staff could not have been more helpful. There was an amazing selection of breakfast choices

Very good service and value for money given the location, facilities, and the complimentary breakfast inclusion. Made-to-order hot food that includes local products is a luxurious addition, exemplary at this price point. The staff were very helpful and insightful about places for dinner and sightseeing.
The guest house is far enough away from the core of Douglas to be less busy and more peaceful. I did not have significant trouble finding parking. There is a decent selection of markets, convenience stores, and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The promenade in this area is a 16 hour parking zone, so parking after 6 pm led to no issues with parking fines.
