When we first entered the guest house, first impressions were that it was lovely and clean!
The rooms were good sizes and immaculately clean.
We thoroughly enjoyed Irvine guest house.
Beautiful building and the rooms are spot on, ideally located and very clean and quite.
Great wee room, went to attend a funeral that day, so just peace of mind I knew I had somewhere decent to stay, and at good value for one night!
A lovely room with a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, digital TV and generous tea cups, in the heart of town and quiet in spite of the road.
