The location and the facilities were just right for someone who came to city for just leisure. Breakfast was also very nice, staff was very kind and attending. The room was also very clean.

My room was small, but clean, comfortable, and in an extremely convenient location for my needs. The breakfast was excellent. But the highlight was the staff, who were exceptionally kind when I ran into some travel difficulties. I look forward to staying here again the next time I come to London.

The hotel's tiny secret garden, the good English breakfast, the location were very nice, but most importantly, the staff were really polite and attentive. The rooms were small but very usable and cute. We had no problems during our stay and we were very well hosted.
