Excellent service , decor opulent, good quality ingredients on breakfast ,
Well located, near everything or only a tram journey away ( including to airport)...shopping, Northern Quarter, entertainment, food....
The rooms are fabulous, each a bit different, all with spa (Espa products) in the bathrooms, the showers are wonderful!
Books on the shelves in the rooms, differing in each room - a good selection
Robes and slippers in the wardrobe, so popping up to use the infinity pool is covered. Relaxation area, showers...
The spa is a quick exit to the left....great facility, with thermal and water area (no pool - as infinity pool 7th floor in hotel), great therapists.
Lovely afternoon tea - have had this a couple of times, preordered gluten free.
Breakfast, good quality and cooked to order.

Lovely welcoming reception staff and breakfast staff.The roof top pool was fantastic. The lounge area was nice, it felt very private, especially if you were a couple. The bathroom was beautiful, loved the large bath, it was definitily big enough for 2 people, and the shower too. The bed was super comfy, had a really good nights sleep. The Spa next door was an added bonus, for relaxing treatments and pampering. Love that they serve food and drinks there too. We will be coming back with friends next time. Fantastic beautiful hotel.
Excellent location, and facilities. The staff were so helpful and lovely. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and both were excellent.
The hotel is lovely and quite convenient to many parts of Manchester.
