Visiting family who lived up the road so the location was great.

Price. Let us park the car for free whilst we walked a few days after staying.
Reasonable price for basic but clean accommodation.
Very reasonablely priced, the council car park is 30 seconds away (if you download the app at the car park it's much cheaper do not use the machine), not overpriced at the bar either and the location couldn't be any better with amenities located withing walking distance, great if ure going to the cartmel races as only 20 mins away and spotlessly clean
