I arrived earlier than the check-in time and my room was already ready !! Which allowed me to go visit the city sooner than planned! The staff was very kind and helpful. I was on a solo trip and knew that I wouldn't spend much time in my room, so the room was perfectly fine in my case.

Well located. Quiet area. Clean, comfortable. Very kind and friendly staff. Very helpful.

Easy check in, pleasant staff on arrival and leaving

Nice clean comfortable room with tea coffee bottled water and shortbread. Shower was good. Location superb for museums West End,railway stations and public transport and plenty of food outlets and public houses nice little park a few feet away. Staff were lovely and it was surprisingly quiet concerning the football was on and plenty of fans around.I will definitely stay again

The staff was exceptional and very helpful in every way. Every person we came into contact with, maids, waitress, servers, concierge, front desk, everyone, was perfect!!! Everything was exceptionally clean and thoroughly placed.
