As can be seen from the picture the property is full of character. Especially our rooms at the top of the building. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The full English breakfast was superb. We could easily park nearby in the street and we were roughly equidistant from Windermere and Bowness as mentioned by our host upon arrival.
Great location between Windermere and Bowness. Plenty of parking on the roads in quiet area.
Room was very clean and beds comfy. We had the family room on the top floor.
Breakfast good each day with plenty of choice. Richard and Paula very friendly and helpful.
Good value price for a long weekend in school summer holidays.
