Great apartment. Good vibe. Easy check in. comfortable bed. Nice place

everything was perfect, the house, the conditions, the cleanliness, the location, the communication with the owners of the property, we were a family and we enjoyed everything as if we were in our own house. It will be our first choice as soon as we are in London.

The location was excellent and vey easy to navigate. The place is VERY well constructed and clean. Having the TWO bathrooms is a very nice touch. LOVE the washer/dryer combo. At first I thought there was no dryer but upon usage, I found out it was a dual unit - Well done! Very quite neighborhood and easy to walk to many great locations for food, coffee, services. Thanks for including the power converters! All the appliances worked great! The customer service was amazing and Nuria helped us on our arrival day by taking my many phone calls and doing so with patience and understanding - thanks so much!!

Located in a very nice area with easy access to public transport, very clean, cozy, silent, great value for money.

Location was excellent. Holborn is a safe/vibrant area, close to all the main tourist attractions by tube, or on foot. Theatre district/Covent Garden just 10-15 minutes walk away. Property Management communicated very well, periodically sending messages to ask how things/our stay was going. Super nice touch for them to have a baby cot/crib duvet same day delivered to us, when we advised we didn't have a blanket for the travel cot/crib. Great outdoor space/patio for the warmer months.
