Perfect location & a good sized room with a beautiful view.
The location was great for me. Very comfortable room and good bar & restaurant.
Location is ideal, right at harbour, got train station, bus station, ferry to isle of wight, most tourist places are around this area. Beach area not far as well

Salt of the earth locals at the bar and top drawer service from excellent bar staff.
Location excellent for what we needed. Buy a year pass to the harbour museum, the ultimate pass. All the museums are great. Well worth fifty quid if you go to them all over a few days.
