Room was clean and spacious
Self check-in instructions were clear and hosts were very friendly and responsive

Fantastic location close to the lake and close to Keswick centre, Friendly hosts, Great views of the nearby mountains from our room. The breakfasts were really nice and well presented with a wide selection to choose from. Highly recommend if you like both walking and eating out
Loved our room with a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable. Maybe let people know that it is up several flights of stairs. Also loved the breakfast and staff were very friendly.
It was a beautiful home and very close to everything in Keswick
Amazing location for town and for lots of walks around the lake. Lovely staff and great service, really nice room, quiet and cosy. Breakfast was brilliant. A great example of a modern B&B.
