Room 15, ground floor in the Annex. Very clean large comfortable room and ensuite. However, Wi-Fi was barely one bar and the TV could not connect so could not watch main TV channels, which I was looking forward to UK tv having flown in from the Middle East. When I checked out next morning the receptionist said guests had shared same concerns!!! Typical if I was told that when I checked in I would of asked for a room change.
Clean and comfortable room. Evening meal was lovely but spoilt by a loud party group in the same room. It was warm so we went outside. This stopped us using the hotel for another evening meal. Breakfast was good.
Everything about the hotel was great it's just a shame that booking.com didn't book what we wanted and the hotel had to sort it out,was the last thing you want after a long journey so will not be using booking.com again any time soon as over the weekend found six other couples have had the same problem with booking.com
Everything,this hotel would make a great base for touring humberside / Yorkshire.
