Perfect location (but do be wary of the steep hill up and down!). Very clean and spacious. Lovely welcome pack. Lots of helpful information left in the guest folder. Lovely little garden with a pretty view. Able to use television services, such as Netflix and YouTube.
Lovely ground floor flat with everything we needed for our stay.
The welcome package was one of the best I have received and all local goods.
The weather was lovely for September so able to make use of the terrace in the morning, looking out to see the golden shimmer of Golden Cap and the sea.
Very close to the centre of town/seafront and virtually next door to the Nags Head.
From outside the front it's a meander down the hill to the seafront. There is a co-op and Tesco express down the hill but plenty of lovely places to eat and relax.

A great view of the bay from the rear garden and great accommodation. Everything was catered for in terms of facilities. There was nothing we felt short of, great!
