The location was perfect for everyone who needs peaceful environment (like myself), and traveling to all attractions in Liverpool is easy by bus anyway.

Most importantly, the host (John) was very kind and nice to me as he have useful suggestions and assist me on every request though we haven't met in person which is amazing!!

We enjoyed a lot the stay in the guest house. John was very friendly and attentive. The house was in a good location, with easy access. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a very good choice.

The host is spot on and the place is nice and clean and an excellent location. Will definitely use again!

John was absolutely class what a lovely man dead welcoming, we had a really mirror in our bedroom and the bed was comfy and there was loads of bottles of water in the fridge.

Spacious, Clean, welcoming . Budget accommodation but everything you need. John is a lovely host.
