Staff was responsive and friendly. Issues with the room were addressed quickly. Clean, convenient to bus and major sites, on charming street. Felt secure. Full kitchen. A place for quiet travelers, not a party hostel.

Situated in the centre of Caernarfon so absolutely perfect - spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and a lovely room. A member of staff met us promptly to give us our key and show us to the room etc would highly recommend
