Great location for us, the breakfast was ok, a little over cooked but plentiful! Comfortable beds and really lovely staff
Nice location and very handy for the M1 J31 and A1M.
Good pub food next door and loads of more food choices in walking distance and many more that deliver on Just Eat etc.
Rooms at the rear overlook the adjacent canal and are quieter than the front.
Stayed here 10+ times on business travel and will use again

The hotel is the best of both worlds. Has shops and eateries near by as well as a lovely canal walk. The rooms were spacious and clean and bathroom great having a bath. We ate at the pub which was nice, went for a walk, had a drink in the garden area.
Lovely place for a short break to explore the area. Staff very friendly and happy
To supply tea sugar and milk whenever we needed more for the room!!
