Location to Whitley shops and family. The maintenance team were super friendly and very, very helpful when I had a problem with a damaged suitcase. I really appreciated their help.
The pub next door with nice beer garden and good menu was handy also. Shower was good, very powerful.
Excellent staff. Big car park with Electric Charging Points. Nice restaurant/bar. Comfortable bed with nice tv and decent choice of channels.
We were in Swanwick Marina working on a newly purchased boat and the hotel was well place to stay in between the two days. Very clean - very friendly and the pub (owned by the same people) was a very excellent location for a high quality straightforward meal after a hard day of work
Shower took some time to sort out hot water. otherwise no faults.
The room was very modern, a great size and the shower was amazing! Very comfortable bed and everything needed like iron, ironing board and hairdryer was provided
