The staff... Incredibly polite, joyful and helpful staff. It was great getting to know some of the staff members during our short visit. Shout out to Carly in the Mizu restaurant. Took good care of us. We aren't used to people being nice to us, as daft as that sounds. But both the staff and guests were lovely.

Property was lovely all decked for Christmas. Food very good.
One night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. We chose not to use the spa but really enjoyed the comfort and atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. The menu was great, priced for the quality on offer. Our lake view room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great to be able to leave the car in the car park and walk from the door. The hotel had been decorated for Xmas and it was beautiful.
Love this hotel it’s very comfortable and clean and staff lovely. Great location.
