The ambience, customer service, availability of staff to assist at every issue was impeccable from when I booked the apartment till we left. I also liked the location, the coziness of space and the facilities. Everything worked perfectly

The location was fine and convenient for where we were working at Clayhall. Although overshadowed by the North Circular and Eastern Avenue overpass traffic noise was not a problem for us. The host was helpful. The accommodation was clean and the beds comfortable.

Very clean place, had good facilities and was quite modern. Sam and the team were great with communication and made sure our stay went smooth especially.

Firstly I must thank Maz and team for being so accommodating and upgrading our apartment to meet our requirements - appreciate it! The hosts made our stay as comfortable as possible and kept open the lines of communication at every step. The children absolutely loved the spacious apartment, especially the outdoor space - which was perfect during the evening. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and would definitely book with them again as we had a fantastic stay! Also happened to meet the owners who we had a lovely chat with and they were kind enough to suggest lots of local delicious places to eat. Many thanks once again guys!
