Location is closed to ICMP Queen's Park campus. My son has music summer course there for 1 week.
The place was conveniently close to train station in queen’s park.
The code key for the main entrance was sent by text and the room key was hand-delivered by the person in charge.
The host was extremely communicative and clear about getting into the property, etc. The room was comfortable and completely adequate to my needs. The bathroom was tiny, but considering it was a refit of an older property, amazingly functional. The location was great! While not in central London, it had it's own "town center" with restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, convenience stores. It was also a quick walk to the train station on the Bakerloo Line.
Location, close to tube, safe neighbourhood. Near stores an nice park. Recommend for families with younger children.
