The guy was really nice and he told us everything we need to know. The location was very good, 15 min walk to Aldergate (Bus and tube) and the City of London, also, The Elizabeth Line is a 10 min walk.

Bed was comfortable. Clean. There was a delay with our flight. We were hours late. He made arrangements for someone to meet us there, although we were asked to pay more money for that convenience. They allowed us to check out 90 minutes late.

The room was great, neatly laid out and displayed for easy use. Came with extra extremities I was not expecting such as multiple plates and cooking utensils. The spot is around a 5-10 minute walk from tube stations so it's easy to get around.
