The room was very clean and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and clean, the shower was lovely and there were plenty of amenities in the room. The location is very convenient for visiting and very close to pretty much anything within walking distance, while also not being in a rowdy area at all and being next door to the Colchester Town train station. We did not have any issues with noise, either from outside or inside the property. The property is self check-in which was very convenient for us, we did have a small issue with the front door code on our arrival, but Shauna got it sorted for us immediately even though it was 10PM and she was very apologetic, I appreciate it was a small oversight and not really a problem, Shauna was always very quick to respond to any of our enquiries during our stay.

Great size room in a good location. Easy to get to from both train & bus stations. Communication with host was good.

Perfect place to stay in. Very big comfortable room for all 3 of us. We really liked it. Close to town center, busses and trains. Would definitely recommend and will book it again for next our visit. The owner was brilliant. We could contact her at any time and get fast response. She is very kindly let as enter the place at very early hours, as we had landed in 3am and reach our place at 4am. Big surprise for us was welcome pack with lots of yummy things, juice and plenty of water. Even during our stay we were asked if we need cleaning in between, more water or even some snacks. Thank you very much Shauna for all your hard work. Would definitely book it again.
