Size was decent for a family of four in family suite. Kitchenettes is small but has what you need . Beds comfortable. Property was cleaned daily which was nice . Location is close to a bus which was really convenient for my family given my dad can’t walk too far of distances

Good location by trains, buses, and tube. Lively neighborhood but quiet back garden. Garden apartment is great with a door to a small porch to sit in the sun. Kitchen facilities are clean, complete, and work.

It was very well-kept, out of downtown London enough to relax and enjoy more of a family community, but easy enough to hop on the underground and go into downtown. I thoroughly enjoyed coming back every evening after a busy day spent in the city. Our room was serviced while gone, which was lovely. Phil was so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again. p.s. - photos attached, it was before we left in the morning hence why the bed is messy.

The room was clean with a lovely patio to sit outside, everything you need for your stay shops 5/6 min walk,lovely area nice and quiet.

The placement and surroundings. All very nice and clean. The best were particularly good. Especially since my wife has bad back but slept well all nights. Every day beds made and clean towels brought. The coffee machine was particularly good.
