This is a good hotel which I have stayed at before. There is a little bit of a lottery with the rooms, with some being noisier than others, but the one I got this time was very quiet and I slept well. The room was also very clean and well appointed. The hotel itself is good with leisure facilities, a restaurant and a bar. I must mention that the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. I can't remember names, but there was a mature gentleman on reception on check in who was very pleasant and efficient, and a blonde haired ( I think) lady on check out who was also pleasant and cheerful.

breakfast was lovely, room was large and comfortable, staff helpful, waiting staff very friendly
The venue was excellent.
Clean, calm, charming ambience. Very good food and great value for money.
We'll definitely be back.
