The proterty is located in a convenient spot in St Leonards. Everything was easy to use. The room sizes made it comfortable for sharing with my elderly father with two bedrooms and a good size shower. Clean bedding and towels. Tea coffee and milk in the fridge was a good on arrival. The info pack on the flat and surrounding areas was clear and specific.
The beds were comfortable and although the sitting out area was only used once due to the inclement weather, that outside space will be a winner in warmer weather. Parking was on road outside - no problems. Wifi speed is good.
